Peker Construction Ltd is one of the reputable pipeline contractors in Turkey has signed a contract with SYS for transferring information from the local automation system to the BOTAS Natural Gas SCADA system. The Peker Natural Gas Project consists of one Motorola MOSCAD RTU for exchanging data between the local automation system and the existing BOTAS SCADA Center. The MOSCAD RTU connected to the local PLC and exchanges data using MODBUS RTU protocol. Each station is also equipped with modems for redundant SCADA communicatons to primary and secondary SCADA centers located in Yapracık - Ankara and Pendik - Istanbul.
