Anadolu News Agency Reporter Software Project
In 2001, SYS has implemeted a project for design and development of a software package to enable the reporters to create, edit, manage, store and transfer their news under Windows graphical environment. Each reporter has a personal computer equipped with the abovementioned software and a dialup modem which enables transfer of necessary news to the Agency main operations center for later use. At the Operations Center, another part of the software system running on a host computer manages a modem pool to classify the incoming information from the remote reporters.
