Anadolu News Agency Election Evaluation Project
In April 1999, Anadolu News Agency requested assistance from SYS to develop a software for evaluation of election results and online transmission of results to the subscribers. The correspondents send the election news and results in text format together with other news to the Agency center in Ankara. The software extracts election related data, consolidates data coming from several districts and calculates election results and presents them in graphical and tabular forms. Final information is automatically converted to news and distributed to the subscribers.
